Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has released the official notification for RCFL MT Recruitment 2025, inviting applications for 75 posts of Management Trainee and Officer in various technical and non-technical disciplines. The available positions include Management Trainee roles in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Fire & Safety, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, HR, Administration, HRD, and Materials Management, along with Officer posts in Finance and Medical disciplines. The selection process for these posts will include a Computer-Based Online Test followed by a Personal Interview. The online test will consist of 100 objective questions to be completed in 90 minutes, with 50 questions from the relevant discipline and the remaining 50 from general aptitude, reasoning, English, and general knowledge. There will be negative marking for wrong answers, and the test will be conducted in both English and Hindi across multiple cities in India.
Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for the personal interview stage. The final selection will be based on 80% weightage for the online exam and 20% for the interview. All shortlisted candidates will also have to undergo document verification and a pre-employment medical examination before final appointment.
The selected Management Trainees will receive a stipend of ₹60,000 per month during the one-year training period. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed in E1 grade with a gross salary of approximately ₹83,880 per month, which includes basic pay, DA, HRA, and other benefits. Officers in E1 and E2 grades will draw a salary ranging up to ₹1,04,850 per month depending on their posting and grade.

The application fee is ₹1000 for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and Female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
